About me
Sarah Henry is a full-time District Alignment & PLC Specialist as well as Education Consultant through her company Sarah D. Henry Consulting, LLC. and Rosebrock Consulting, INC. Sarah is the co-author of, "Arrows: A Systems-Based Approach to School Leadership". She served as the Secondary Science Administrator for Brownsburg Community School Corporation for eleven years, where she worked with secondary science teachers to improve curriculum, instruction, assessment, and PLC processes. Sarah is also licensed and has taught elementary, middle school science, and high school life sciences. She presents workshops at the local, state, and national levels. She has also taught aspiring educational leaders, as an adjunct professor, in the area of Assessing for Learning for several years at the University of Indianapolis. Currently, Sarah is partnered with several districts across the country to provide training and coaching in district alignment and PLC work.
