About me
Karynn Flannery has taught first grade at Central Elementary School for 8 years, and has been a teacher for over 20 years. She has a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a master's degree in Urban Education. She is passionate about volunteering with Brooke's Place for Grieving Young People, which she has done for 14 years. Through her training and experience with Brooke's Place and her therapeutic foster parent training through The Villages, she has truly become an advocate for all children. She lives in Indianapolis with her husband Chris, daughter Allie, son Ryan, dog Sheldon and cat Petty.
