This session will be focused on learning how building level discussion and district discussion is a valuable process where staff and administrators collaborate to resolve problems, create solutions, and advocate for students and teachers. This session will give educators resources and productive actions from Pike Classroom Teachers Association to assist them as they advocate for their students needs and working conditions.
