In this session, participants will delve into the final components of the Direct Instruction Instructional Model to enhance their facilitation of the learning process. Participants will: Understand the purpose of the Gradual Release of Responsibility (GRR) model. Identify and describe the four key principles of the GRR framework. Design one actionable strategy from the GRR framework to implement with their students. By the end of this session, participants will have the tools to effectively guide students toward independence and mastery through intentional instructional strategies.
