Thriving in the workplace is important for living a balanced life. In this session, participants will be able to define the 3 E's for thriving in the workplace. There will be active engagement with dialogue centering on ways to empower, excel, and elevate oneself for optimal personal and professional growth. Participants will begin developing a personal plan to shift into "thrival" mode.
