In this session, participants will explore the definition and types of feedback, gaining insight into its essential role in fostering effective learning. Participants will:

Define feedback and understand its impact on student learning.

Ask four critical questions to craft purposeful and meaningful feedback.

Differentiate between evaluative and descriptive feedback for greater clarity and effectiveness.

Identify and apply four levels of giving feedback to support student growth and improvement.

By the end of this session, participants will be equipped to provide feedback that enhances understanding, inspires progress, and empowers students to succeed.
